Emmerdale fans 'expose' dark Rose twist ahead of devastating news

Emmerdale fans are convinced Rose has a conniving plan as a heartbreaking storyline emerges. ITV viewers were recently introduced to Rose (played by Christine Tremarco), who was revealed to be the ex-wife of Will Taylor and the mother of Dawn Taylor (Olivia Bromley).

Rose walked out on her family when Dawn was a child and went travelling the world. His wife’s departure led Will to make some questionable decisions which landed him in prison and Dawn in care.

The former couple were reunited last week after Will was called to the hospital as Rose’s next of kin. She eventually crossed paths with Dawn, who ordered Rose out of her life. However, Rose had no interest in listening to her family as she made her way to Home Farm during Monday night’s instalment (April 29) of the soap.

Later, Kim Tate (Claire King) offered Rose two thousand pounds to go back to Benidorm and never return. She was forced to raise the offer by £1,000, but Rose refused to accept the money.

With no other option, Kim reminded Rose that there were other ways she could force her to leave. Eventually Rose reluctantly accepted and left Home Farm. She only got as far as The Woolpack, however, leaving Billy (Jay Kontzle), Dawn, Will (Dean Andrews) and Kim shocked when they realised she hadn’t left.

Rose wasted no time revealing everything, telling the family that Kim offered her money to leave. Dawn was hurt by the discovery, while Will fumed that Kim would do something like that without telling him.

Later, Dawn returned to Home Farm and revealed she invited Rose to stay with them. While Kim was furious, her attention shifted after Dawn and Billy’s infant son, Evan, was rushed to hospital.

He underwent a biopsy and doctors explained their son could have an infection, autoimmune disease or at worst, Leukaemia. In upcoming scenes, their world is turned upside down when Evan is diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia.

Viewers have now questioned whether Evan will need a donor to treat him, leading them to speculate that Rose could be a match. But in a dark twist, fans have theorised that Rose will demand money in exchange for helping her grandson.

Sharing their thoughts on X, formerly Twitter, one wrote: “Rose is probably going to be a suitable match for anything ………………..possibly for a price."

Another agreed: “Emmerdale what’s the betting that when Rose can save Evan she’ll want s*** loads of cash to do it.” A third added: “"Rose is just waiting for that paycheck… coming soon.:: predictable #Emmerdale.”

Meanwhile another declared: “Oh rose.. guaranteed money will be the motivation when you are the saviour they need for Evan."
